Ant : Swarm Intelligence <ALPHA>

This a prototype, work in progress simulation game. Donations would be awesome.
Please stay tuned for developer logs and updates. This game will (tried to) be updated weekly.
This is a simulation game involving 2 ant colonies. The blue ants and the red ants. Both of which, are competing against each other. If an ant stumbles upon the red dot, the food, it will collect the food and return to its nest, leaving behind a blue trail. When other ants touch the blue trail, they will begin to follow it to the food.
If an ant meets another ant of a different colony, it will release a red trail. They will presumably fight for 3 seconds, locking jaws and standing still, until either one, both or neither die. Soldier ants have a less chance of dying in combat than worker ants.
Ants use green trails to mark where they were.
Every ant will consume food. For every ant, around intervals of 50 to 60 seconds, the ant will consume up to 2 food.
ALPHA - Trails will now slowly evaporate! Like in real life.
Instructions -
Press space to delete all pheromone trails. (has been disabled)
Press R to hide all variables, press R again to show all variables
(When food reaches a negative number, it doesn't effect the ants, but just stops ant production)
(Ants die after a 7-20 minute period)
Blue Pheromone - ants reach food
Red Pheromone - ant combat
Green Pheromone - random ant trail
Blue ants will have a lighter tone of pheromone, while red ants have a darker tone of pheromone.

casually watching them gives me shower thoughts...
This is a very interesting game that makes good use of randomness. I suggest you join the Discord server and discuss your game with everyone. I believe there will be people who will like your game.
ok
i can tell you have some interesting ai going on here, but unfortunately i just can't really tell what's actually happening in the game. I think you should focus on communicating what's happening in the simulation, what the ants are doing, and what the objectives are (if any). As it stands, the description is unhelpful and a bit confusing (as it addresses information without context or elaboration), and the program itself doesn't seek to provide explanation.
I'll definitely revisit this when the project becomes more clear, I like simulation programs like this a lot.
ok thanks for the feedback.
